How can I check my email usage?

You can check your e-mail storage by logging into Self-care or Webmail.

Selfcare:

• Login to Self-care by entering your Username and Password.
• Click on the Disk Quota tab.
• Use the Account Type drop-down menu and Select Email .
• Use the User Name drop-down menu and Select the account you would like to check.
• Click Submit.

Webmail:

• Login to Webmail using your Username and Password .
• Email usage will be displayed on the home page.

Note:  Mail stored in your Spam Folder in webmail counts against your usage.  Please login to webmail and purge the Spam Folder.  You can also adjust your Spam Folder settings to automatically delete spam.
