Please be aware that we have enabled Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for our email service. When you sign in to the webmail service you will be prompted with a QR code to scan that will guide you through the setup for the Zoho One Auth Multi Factor Authenticator application. If you do not have a mobile device you may also download the application that is labeled "Authenticator App - OneAuth" developed by Zoho on your Mac or Windows desktop within their respective app stores, or use your own desired Multifactor authentication method.
