Changing my password

You can change your password by logging into Member Services or Webmail.

Password Requirements

• Must be between 8-12 characters long.
• Should be Alpha-numeric.
• Must contain one number and a special character.
• You may use letters, numbers and special characters. @#%^*~-=_+[]\{}:,./?
  • Do not use :
        Left parenthesis "("
        Right parenthesis  ")"
        Period "."
        Ampersand "&"
        Exclamation point "!"

Member Services

• Login to  Self-care by entering your Username and Password.
• Click Submit.
• Find the e-mail account.
• Click Change Password.
• Enter a Password.
• Confirm the Password.
• Click Submit.

Webmail

• Login to webmail by entering your Username and Password, Click Login.
• Click on Options, Password.
• Enter the old password.
• Enter the new password and confirm it.
• Enter a question and answer.
• Click Save.
