Troubleshoot Selecting Antietam Cable as TV Provider:

The process for selecting Antietam Cable as a provider may vary depending on which network is selected for the first time.  Generally, you will want to click "Sign In" and then a prompt will open to select the provider; either by drop down menu or sort through a page of providers.  If you have not done so already, please register for Antietam2Go.  NOTE: You must be an Antietam Cable Video Subscriber in order to be eligible to access this content.

Troubleshoot Registering for Antietam2Go:

Verify the Account Number being entered:

  • Confirm the Account Number is valid.  Double check the cable billing statement to be sure.

NOTE:  If the Account Number format is 0123456-78-9XXXX, the Account number would be entered as "12345678".

  • Do not include the dash in the Account Number.
  • If a subscriber's cable account has been recently created, it may take up to 24 hours before a subscriber can register with Antietam2Go.
  • If still no joy, select the "Don't know your account number?" link to be directed to the Customer Technical Support contact information.

Verify the Last Name being entered:

  • Make sure caps lock is turned off.  The Last Name may be case sensitive.
  • If there has been any recent changes (Last Name, account holder, etc.) make sure those changes are registered with customer service prior to registering with Antietam2Go.

 

Troubleshoot Forgetting the Username and Password

Verify the Username:

  • The Username will be the full email address that was used to register for Antietam2Go.
  • Make sure the entire email address is typed in correctly.
  • Make sure caps lock is turned off.  The Username may be case sensitive.

Verify the Password:

  • The password would be at least 8 characters long, and will include 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character.
  • Make sure caps lock is turned off.  The Password is case sensitive.

If you've forgotten the Username, you can click the "Forgot Username?" link, which will direct you to enter the Account Number and Last Name.
