I can't receive email
If you are not able to receive email, check your incoming mail server settings.
Outlook Express
- Open Outlook Express.
- Click Tools .
- Click Accounts .
- Click the Mail tab.
- Highlight your account and click Properties .
- Click the Servers tab.
- Incoming mail (POP3): mail.myactv.net
Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Click Tools.
- Click Email Accounts.
- Choose View or change existing email accounts. Click Next.
- Highlight your account and click Change.
- Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.myactv.net
