New-Email Configuring Outlook using IMAP

1. Open Outlook.

2. Click Tools.

3. Click Email Accounts.

4. Choose Add a new email account.

5. Click Next.

6. Choose IMAP.

7. Click Next.
   
   Fill in the following fields:
   
   User Information 

   • Enter your name.

   • Enter your email address.

   Server Information

    

   • Enter zimap.myactv.net in the Incoming mail server field.

   • Enter zsmtp.myactv.net in the Outgoing mail server field.
      

   Logon Information

    

   • Enter your entire email address as the username

   • Enter your password.
      

8. Click More Settings .

9. Click Outgoing Server .

10. Check the box to enable "My outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication."

11. Make sure "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server is enabled."

12. Click Next .

13. Click Finish .
