I have exceeded my e-mail limit
If you receive a message that your email storage space for your e-mail account has exceeded its limit (1G), please delete any unnecessary messages and folders to free up space.
If you use webmail, login via http://webmail.myactv.net and delete any unnecessary messages and folders to free up space
If you don't use webmail, please ensure that your email program (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.) is not configured to leave copies on the server.
To check Outlook Express:
- Open Outlook Express
- Click Tools
- Click Accounts
- Click the Mail Tab
- Highlight your account and Click Properties
- Click the Advanced Tab
- Clear the box checked "Leave a copy of messages on the server."
To Check Outlook:
- Open Outlook
- Click Tools
- Click E-mail Accounts
- Select View or Change existing e-mail accounts and Click Next.
- Highlight your account and Click Change.
- Click More Settings
- Click the Advanced Tab
- Clear the box checked "Leave a copy of messages on the server."
